Description
I began a nursing career in 1983 and have always been in patient care. I chose to become an advanced practice provider (APP) because I wanted to be able to provide care for patients on a different level - to diagnose, treat and develop relationships with patients. I get a sense of joy when I am able to help patients with their disease processes. I treat all patients the same, and I aim to help them understand more about their health care. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, especially my new granddaughters.
